THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY ALLIED STUDENTS TRADING NAME ALLIED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION LTD AND APPLIES TO THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

Terms & Conditions

You must have created a booking via Student Crowd for 2025/26 and have checked in to Oxley Residence / Edinburgh College Residence for 2025/26.
A review must have been posted on Student Crowd website and the link to such review shall be sent to your accommodation team to qualify for this offer.
You must have booked a minimum of 43 weeks to qualify for the offer.
This offer excludes bookings for the 2025/26 academic year referred through a nomination agreement.
The offer is only applicable to you as the new booker and is non-transferable. In such cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the offer.
The offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Cashback payment of £100 will be made in the form of a rent rebate on your account, no later than 31st January 2026, once all rent payments are up to date. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
The decision to pay the offer is at the absolute discretion of Allied Student Accommodation Limited.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.

Amazon £50 Voucher Offer

Eligible customers who book a room with Allied Students at the Oxley Residence property between 04 March 2022 and 30 April 2022 (the “Booking Period”) for the 2022/2023 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will (subject to these Terms and Conditions) be entitled to a reward as detailed below:

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, customers who book a room with AlliedStudents and partners in the Oxley Residence for a minimum 44-week tenancy for the Relevant Academic Year will be entitled to a reward (the “Offer”)
The reward will have a value of £50 (the “Reward”)
The voucher will have a value of £50 and will be able to be used at Amazon.com (the “Voucher”);
To be eligible, you need to:
- Book your room directly with Allied Students, or their international agents, during the Booking Period; and,
- The minimum tenancy period is 44-weeks,
- Check into your booked room at the start of the tenancy period; and,
- Pay any initial instalments or full amount of rent under your tenancy agreement up to according to your agreement: and,
- Provide a valid email address at the point of booking your room.
