Booking Terms :

To qualify, group bookings must include a minimum of two tenants sharing one building.
Applying just for Premium Ensuites and Classic Cluster Non-Ensuite
All tenancies must be for a minimum of 39 weeks.
The cashback offer applies only if all group members have accepted their tenancy agreements for the same flat and academic year, and the booking status is complete for each tenant.
Group bookings must be made through the Allied Student Accommodation directly, with a lead tenant managing the process.
Cashback will be credited to each tenant’s rent account after January 2025, provided all tenancy terms are met.
This cashback offer is only valid for direct bookings with Allied Student Accommodation and does not apply to bookings made through third parties, such as nominated rooms or referral services.
This offer excludes any bookings made through universities or higher education institutions.
The promotion is available just for new tenants or customers who registered after 17.09.2024 for the upcoming academic year.
Cashback payment will be made in the form of rent rebate on your account, no later than 31st January 2025, once all rent payments are up to date. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

Allied Student Accommodation reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

For Premium Ensuite:

1 person: Booking for one person will receive a voucher of £400.
2 people: Bookings for groups of 2 people will receive a voucher of £450 per person.
3 people: Bookings for groups of 3 people will receive a voucher of £500 per person.

For Classic Cluster Non-Ensuite:

1 person: Booking for one person will receive a voucher of £200.
2 people: Bookings for groups of 2 people will receive a voucher of £250 per person.
3 people: Bookings for groups of 3 people will receive a voucher of £300 per person.
