New customer cashback terms and conditions

THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY ALLIED STUDENTS TRADING NAME ALLIED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION LTD AND APPLIES TO THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

Cashback Terms of Offer

1. Promotion Dates and Amounts:
   • From 15th July 2024: £100 cashback for any bookings made from this date and up to 12th of August 2024
   • From 12th August 2024:
     • Premium Ensuite Only:
       • £400 for 51 weeks
       • £300 for 44 weeks
     • Classic and Standard Ensuite Only: £100 cashback for any bookings made from this date
     • Classic Cluster Non-Ensuite:
       • not included in the cashback offer after the 12th of August.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
   • You must have created a new booking for the 2024/25 academic year and checked in to Oxley Residence for 2024/25.
   • You must have booked a minimum of 44 weeks to qualify for the offer.
   • This offer excludes bookings for the 2024/25 academic year referred through a Nominations Agreement.
   • You can use this offer along with Refer a Friend (RAF) promotions. However, you must enter a valid RAF promo code when booking, in addition to the New Booker code.
   • The offer is only applicable to you as the new booker and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the offer.
   • The offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. Cashback Payment Details:
   • Cashback payment will be made in the form of a rent rebate on your account, no later than 31st January 2025, once all rent payments are up to date. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
   • Allied Student Accommodation Limited retains absolute discretion regarding the decision to approve the offer’s payment.
   • We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute the offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
4. Additional Terms:
   • No cashback is offered on reduced prices as of 13th August 2024.
   • Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
